About Me
Hi! My name is Rohanna Ssanyu Delossantos. I am a black, biracial, and diasporan writer born in Fairbanks to a mother from Kampala and father from southwest Missouri. I often write about the complexities of identity, motherhood, and memory. I am also a public school teacher experimenting with ways to use creative writing in my history classroom. I hold a BA from George Washington University, an MS from Southern Connecticut State University, and an MFA from Albertus Magnus College. I live in Connecticut with my husband and children.
